Ingredients:
200 gr of plain flour
200 gr of sugar
200 gr of butter
55 gr of cocoa
100 gr of chocolate drops
4 eggs
Yeast
Work egg yolks with sugar until they become stiff. Melt the butter slowly and pour carefully onto egg yolks. Add flour, cocoa, a pinch of salt and the yeast, allowing them to pass through a sieve. Mix well. Whip the whites of the eggs till stiff and add to the mixture. Put in the chocolate drops, mixing well. Grease a plum cake mould with butter and sprinkle on flour and pour in the mixture. Bake in the oven at 180-200° for about 40 minutes
